PR Day


Pick a benchmark work or a olympic lift and go for a new PR!

This is a great humbling suggestion.


"Bull"
Two rounds for time of:
200 Double-unders
135 pound Overhead squat, 50 reps
50 Pull-ups
Run 1 mile




Basic skills class will go at 0800 on Saturday. If you are new to CrossFit this is the class for you and will cover basic movements.
