Phase 1 - Ballistic Power Generation

Conduct a wall ball but throw the ball as high as you can for 30 reps.  Rest at least 5 sec between throws.

Phase 2 - Lynne

5 Rounds

Max reps of body weight bench press and pull-up.
Post loads and reps.

Phase 3 - Core Work

Max Plank Hold - Hold each side as long as you can twice.
Post Times.
