Back squat x 1 rep,
Shoulder Press x 1 rep,
Deadlift x 1 rep
-Note: Going for total of Max Loads
PR today for 5km - 20:40.

Squat: 120kg
DL 170kg
More work on squats definitely.
Stopped here on DL as wasn't convinced my form was in tact.
