-note: work CF warm in before transitioning to the METCON

Ph II: AMRAP
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

Ph III: Core
4 Sets Russian Twists x25 pick ur own weight
then
4 Sets of Hollow Rocks Max reps
