-Note: Going for total of Max Loads

Ph III: Core

    That's 20s faster from when all I did was run!

    Press : 85kg
    Squat: 120kg
    DL 170kg

    More work on squats definitely.

    Stopped here on DL as wasn't convinced my form was in tact.
