Tabata squats
Tabata pullups
Tabata pushups
Tabata push press, 45 pounds
Tabata deadlift, 95 pounds

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals (4 minutes total for each exercise).  Score for each exercise is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals.  Rest one minute after each exercise.

  1. I have a question. I work at the Air station and would like to WOD? Do I need to get sponsored by someone to use the box or do I have locate someone with a key to get in? How exactly does it work. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
